1965 - 2005 40 years and still growing strong

We would like to say a resounding "Thank you" to our staff, customers and suppliers, who have been such a key part of our success and sustainability over 40 years in business.

We have travelled a long way from the manufacture of wetsuits, first made on the kitchen table in 1965, but we have always had a passion for whatever we have designed and made and a determination to keep moving forward, being innovative, providing high quality products and satisfying our customers. We have many long standing relationships, which we think shows that we have succeeded in giving our customers what they need and that we have built excellent relationships with both customers and suppliers. Customer satisfaction has been consistently very high. Staff also tend to stay with Shark Group for a long time - average staff retention is over 10 years. We have an excellent, highly skilled and very loyal team here and we value that very highly. We are very pleased that in a recent staff survey, 100% of respondents felt that we are a good employer.
