93204 Nomex Gore-tex® Helicopter Passenger Suits

The Civil Aviation Authority approved Shark 93204 Survival Suit has been designed based on anthropometric and ergonomic data to ensure ultimate performance, excellent sizing, maximum dexterity and minimum restriction. The 93204 design optimizes suit performance, wearer comfort and safety

The size range is extremely extensive, with 20 standard sizes to fit everyone from 4ft 7ins to 6ft 11ins (140 -212 cm), with chest sizes from 30ins to 58ins (76-148cm), virtually eliminating the need for made to measure. The innovative design has articulated arms and knees to ensure that the wearer is comfortable throughout the flight, and the suit is carefully tailored to provide comfort and freedom of movement without the need for cumbersome elastication or gaiters.

The suit is manufactured from an extremely strong yet lightweight, highly breathable, flame retardant Nomex Gore-tex fabric, which meets BSEN533 Index 3 and the requirements of the Civil Aviation Authority. The 93204 can be worn with the stand alone B028 and B078 Thinsulate linings or alternatively can be fitted with the integral, but removable, B048 Thinsulate lining or the new VIG, forming an insulated 2-in-1 suit, donned in one simple operation. The suit and liners are all fully compatible with the Lifejacket Air Pocket Plus combination (LAP).
